Call for Photos for the first ever permanent LomoWall to be built in Manchester Posted 22 May, 2012

CityCo, Lomography UK and the team at Lomography Gallery Store Manchester are excited to be bringing something very special to Manchester city centre – the first EVER permanent public LomoWall.

A LomoWall is an outdoor art exhibition made up of over 14000 photographs.

What: The first EVER permanent public LomoWall
When: Launching end of July 2012
Where: Tariff Street, Piccadilly Basin, Manchester

The wall will be 30m long and made up of 14,000 images all taken by Manchester and Lomography photography fans.

People can submit their photos to feature on the wall, for the world to see.

The theme is water and Manchester’s waterways (think canal, river, warehouses, mills, bridges, ducks!) to celebrate the launch of the 2012 Canal Festival.

Photos must be taken in Manchester.
