CityCo CSR Clean-Up Days
CityCo and Manchester BID coordinate regular clean-up initiatives that help member businesses meet Corporate Social Responsibility targets. We hold events across the BID district of St Ann’s Square, King Street, New Cathedral Street and Market Street and around Piccadilly, Oxford Road and Northern Quarter.
Teams from M&S, McDonalds, Jigsaw, Costa Coffee, Manchester Arndale, Abode Hotel, Whitworth Locke, Manchester Science Park, MJ Mapp and Bruntwood have all picked-up brushes, washers, scrapers and shovels to show that as a city, we all have a role to play in taking responsibility for our local environment.
The CSR days support the city’s Keep Manchester Tidy and Our Manchester campaigns to encourage people to take pride in their city.
