CityCo are hosting a monthly ‘drop-in’ session allowing businesses to get the latest information about the city centre from our public sector partners. On the First Thursday of each month, you’ll be able to ask the questions that you need to be answered to enable your business to operate at its best. Mixing presentations of new initiatives with updates on progress around major issues, the event will increase engagement between private and public sector in the city centre.
The event is free, but places are limited.
October 2019: Business Growth Hub & Allied London – Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter and the St John’s Homelessness Initiative
The October briefing in our series of Q&A sessions at CityCo HQ will give guests a very valuable insight into two amazing Greater Manchester initiatives, aimed at promoting inclusive employment across the region. Firstly we’ll hear from Ian MacArthur, Head of Sectors Programme at Business Growth Hub who will be providing and overview for businesses on The GM Good Employment Charter. Secondly we’ll hear from Allied London’s Estates Director Gabriel Erinle on the St. John’s Homelessness Initiative. This promised a joint commitment from all organisations involved in the St. John’s development to contribute towards ending homelessness through; awareness-raising, inclusive employment, and fundraising.
