CityCo and Manchester City BID have a unique position at the heart of the city centre: at the intersection of business sectors, public agencies, delivery partners and operational suppliers.

We assist members with the tactical challenges and opportunities of running a business in Manchester city centre. We pre-empt and provide support across issues that can affect successful operation.

Additional City Centre Cleaning

We run a street cleaning programme funded by Manchester BID and ABID, to support businesses in the retail district and around key access routes and hotels. Services are in addition to any Manchester City Council cleaning.

The extra public realm cleansing includes jet-washing around pavements and doorways, waste point sanitising and deep steam cleaning. The team also delivers litter picking, graffiti, chewing-gum and sticker removal. We also remove hazardous waste, re-touch street furniture and tend to planters.
