City Hosts

Manchester BID runs a team of tourist information and city welcome guides: our City Hosts. The hosting team are out and about around Manchester’s central retail district, giving help to visitors and acting as a liaison point between the BID team, retailers and restaurants.

The City Hosts are reporting environmental issues and street cleaning requests to help maintain operational standards across the BID retail district; visiting BID levy payers to ensure businesses are up to date with the business support services and welcoming visitors and tourists in Manchester city centre.

The team is Phil Dale, Louise Jefferson, Nicholas Mainka, Grant Morgan and Kathleen Cattle.
