Manchester City Centre BID: Mystery Shopping Awards
Our 2023 Mystery Shopping Awards for the City Centre BID commmunity took place at the Royal Exchange Theatre in July.
Manchester’s shops and restaurants delivered record levels of customer service, with businesses across the city collectively achieving a customer satisfaction score of 85%.
More than 200 out of the 300 businesses taking part scored over 80%. 31 scored a perfect 100%.
