MCR Student Social, our annual partnership event with Manchester Arndale, saw thousands head into the city centre last Thursday. Students enjoyed all the entertainment Manchester’s fantastic brands put on.
The event is planned to showcase the BID’s retail offer, in support of our business community. The event is marketed to Greater Manchester’s 100,000+ strong student population.
Footfall was up:
· +48% on Market Street, +36% city wide v LY
· +27% on Market Street, +29% city wide v LW
