• Any clear image of offender
• If police attended – supply Crime Reference no.

Report all deters/ejections: this can be used as supportive evidence as to how your store is effectively managing offenders.

When incidents include violence, threat of violence, verbal abuse, report verbatim (what did they actually do, or say? Use words used including swearing, slurs etc.)

Evidence can be used to pursue sanctions on offenders such as Community Protection Notices, Injunctions, CBO Applications.
