CityCo, The City Centre Management Company, is the not-for-profit membership organisation representing businesses in Manchester city centre.
Through our diverse networks, we bring together 1500 companies. We offer advice and support for planning new projects, connect members, and ensure public agencies understand what the private sector needs to thrive.
We work across every sector and represent business needs with city partners including Manchester City Council, Transport for Greater Manchester, Greater Manchester Police and Marketing Manchester.
CityCo members are in great company. Our network spans global head offices and independent businesses to property developers, cultural attractions, hotels, and bars.
Our work includes managing Manchester City Centre BID (Business Improvement District) supporting retailers, hospitality operators, and office tenants.
We are delivery partners for Manchester’s pioneering Accommodation BID representing and advocating for hoteliers.
We run the Manchester Business Crime Reduction Partnership and administer the Manchester Pub and Club Network.
This means we support hundreds of city centre businesses across multiple sectors, locations, and sizes.
