The Christmas Markets build will start on Friday 25 October and be completed in phases, street by street.
The Cathedral Gardens Ice Rink and Ice Village build will start week 21 October.
The Markets and Cathedral Gardens Ice Village will open to the public on Friday 8 November – Saturday 21 December. Albert Square stalls will remain open until Sunday 22 December.
The Christmas Lights Switch-On this year takes place on Thursday 14 November, on Deansgate by the Cathedral (new location).
