The CityCo POPS Forum brings together owners and managers of Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS) in Manchester city centre.

The objectives of the forum are to:

Establish a strong voice for Manchester that can speak nationally about improving the standards of POPS
Maintain the standard of POPS in Manchester in a challenging environment to deliver a consistent high-quality visitor experience, and investor satisfaction
Upskill teams in place management, specifically POPS management, through a mixture of training, peer learning and online toolkit.

The POPS Forum meets quarterly.
