We invite CityCo members, City Centre BID and ABID levy payers to learn more about the trends that are shaping our city.
The Environment Act 2021 introduced new legislation requiring businesses to recycle commercial waste. With the legislation coming into effect in March 2025, CityCo has partnered with FreshStart waste services to provide businesses with comprehensive training on how to best prepare.
Training Agenda:
- Discerning recyclable materials and promoting office culture
- Choosing the correct service provider for your needs
- Assistance in conducting a waste audit for your business
Training is encouraged for businesses operating in Manchester city centre, regardless of your recycling history.
Strongly encouraged for all businesses with a workforce of more than 10 full time employees.
The training is for building managers, office managers, restaurant and bar managers.
