Manchester’s Business Improvement District (BID) has kicked off an additional deep-cleaning programme around the shopping streets with service partners Ramora Limited.
Starting with Market Street, Ramora’s cleansing team will be moving around the area during the course of January – especially targeting the chewing gum stains that cover our pavements.
The schedule will take in the Manchester BID District: Market Street, St Ann’s Square, Corporation Street, New Cathedral Street, King Street and Exchange Square.
Please everyone, dispose of chewing gum properly and let’s KeepManchesterTidy.
The BID is a consortium of 400 leading retailers and restaurants in the centre of Manchester. Projects are funded by a business levy made on the basis of rateable value.
