Manchester BID Reballot
CityCo is currently delivering the second term (2018-2023) of Manchester Business Improvement District, Manchester BID. The BID is a working consortium of 400 retail and food/drink operators in the city centre. The purpose is to help businesses by offering lobbying support, operational and customer services and delivering a programme of public events.
The Manchester BID is now working towards reballot in December 2022, this will take the Manchester BID into its ‘3rd term’ of operations.
As part of this process, we are looking to recruit a part time Admin Assistant to support the Head of Finance in the analysis of sectors and geographical areas in Manchester City Centre.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities
The admin assistant will work closely with the Chief Exec, Finance Team, and BID teams in order to maintain a database of prospective BID members.
The role will require analysis of data as required, and corporate research into property details and tenants.
By way of research, and direction from the Head of Finance, the database will comprise of local and property knowledge.
By way of analysis, and direction from the Head of Finance, the database will hold the necessary and relative data to support the assessment and value of properties within the BID area.
Being highly organised and able to prioritise is crucial.
You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and up to date database.
Being a team player is essential to the role.

The role will be based at the main CityCo/ManchesterBID office at Lloyds House, Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA.
Annual leave entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays pro rata.
This post is subject to a three-month probationary period.
