Mystery Shopping
Manchester City Centre Business Improvement District’s popular Mystery Shopping service is an annual celebration of the city’s leading stores, banks, jewellers and hospitality venues.
Detailed surveys are completed by independent North West based market research company, Storecheckers, which allow managers to compare their service scores against similar businesses.
The 2023 Mystery Shop will take place throughout May and June.
The winners Awards will be presented on 4th July at The Royal Exchange Theatre at a celebration breakfast.
