Manchester City Centre BID’s 2024 Mystery Shopping Awards in partnership with Storecheckers revealed brilliant customer service across Manchester’s retail and leisure sectors.
Manchester achieved an average 87% score, more than any other UK city. 222 businesses out of 300 scored above 80%. 41 businesses scored full marks: 100%.
