CityCo represents businesses in addressing homelessness by providing support, resources, and guidance on best practices, as part of the Manchester Homelessness Partnership. The Partnership unite individuals with personal experiences of homelessness and organisations from various sectors to collaboratively develop solutions to end homelessness. At the core of the Partnership are the Charter values and Actions Groups , which tackle specific challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness. Each group comprises individuals who have lived through these challenges, alongside relevant organisations.
CityCo actively supports Real Change MCR, an initiative that enables businesses to contribute funds for homelessness projects. The funds raised assist people experiencing homelessness in Manchester by providing them with practical items necessary to rebuild their lives away from the streets.
