Manchester BID runs a team of tourist information and city welcome guides: our City Hosts.
The team are out and about around Manchester’s central retail district, giving help to visitors and acting as a liaison point between the BID team, retailers and restaurants.
City Hosts are reporting environmental issues and street cleaning requests to help maintain operational standards across the BID retail district; visiting BID levy payers to ensure businesses are up to date with the business support services and welcoming visitors and tourists in Manchester city centre.
The team is headed-up by Phil Dale.
