Manchester Accommodation BID proudly stood alongside Manchester Pride, creating a warm and vibrant welcome for visitors and festival-goers, during August.
The city transformed into a kaleidoscope of colour with rainbow displays adorning streets, Metrolink stops, digital screens, and lamppost banners, including a giant paintbrush atop Manchester Arndale. Alongside our city partners, we celebrated Manchester’s LGBTQ+ history with an engaging walking trail – maps were supplied to Manchester Accommodation BID levy payers to distribute – and a series of guided tours, as well as surprise pop-up performances at Piccadilly Train Station, ahead of the festival weekend.
