Begging Types

  • Persistent Begging – Continuous requests for money or assistance.
  • Aggressive Begging – Intimidating behaviour towards individuals.
  • Impeding Access – Blocking pathways or entrances.
  • Refusing to Move – Not complying when asked to vacate an area.
  • Foul or Abusive Language – Use of offensive language towards others.
  • Threats of Violence – Any threats made against individuals.

Rough Sleeping

Signs of Rough Sleeping

  • Blocking a fire exit.
  • Surrounded by litter and waste.
  • Evidence of drug use.
  • Refusal to move when asked.
  • Foul or abusive language.
  • Threats of violence.
