Details will be held only for a statutory period. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Application form and interview notes will be held for a maximum of 6 months.
Successful applicants will have their data held on a personnel file.
Where an applicant expressly consents to an application being held to consider for future vacancies, it will be held for the agreed period (normally no more two years).
