CITYCO | CITY CENTRE BID | ACCOMMODATION BID MEMBERS: Interested in learning more about the status of Manchester city centre to help inform operations and planning?

Following tours of Ancoats, Enterprise City, Middlewood Locks and Embankment, we invite members and levy payers to join us for a walk around the newest parts of the city.

New Jackson is a new neighbourhood located at the southern gateway to the city centre. The vision is to create a sustainable and attractive neighbourhood with a thriving community. The site will provide over 6,300 residential units alongside restaurants, cafes and local amenities.

Meet at the new park for a tour of Three 60, Blade and Crown Street developments. Then visit the Padel Court and Deansgate Square.

Following New Jackson, we will take the riverside route to First Street, to see new sites including House of Social, 9A building and hear about the development of Hotspur Press.

We will finish at Viadux: a new building with a lot of history – and a pool.

2 Hour max. walk, open to all members. If you have any accessibility concerns please get in touch in advance.
